In 1847,
July 24th Brigham Young said this is the Place. He was standing at
the mouth of Immigration Canyon, looking out over the valley and the Great Salt
Lake in the far distance. Ever since that day Utah has celebrated that day as
the State Holiday. It is commonly referred to as Pioneers Day.
Today it has
grown in most of the city’s in Ut.to become a big deal. Parades, Have rodeo
events, children’s events, devotionals, concerts, Posse Jamboree, Fireworks, Parades,
Barrel races, Wild Cow Milkin, Kids MUTON BUSTIN, Mini Bull Ridin, and much
more.

beautiful rodeo background he had ever seen. RODEO JULY 19, 20 22, 23 AND THE

Every night of the Rodeo 6:30 PM (skydiveogden.com) will do
a traditional skydive event with skydivers plummeting from over 14,000 feet,
pullin’ the ripcord and landin’ with grace in the middle of Ogden Pioneer
Stadium. The last jumper, my son Brian Wallace will bring in a large beautiful American
Flag. No bull
The whoopee girls ride each night of the rodeo flying’ the
flags of the sponsors, a hallowed tradition dating back to 1936; lots of sponsors-
Bud Light, Banks, The BOOT BARN, Daughters of Utah Pioneers etc.
