Verizon Jake the Psychologist

     I have known of one person that was a natural born Psychologist. Her name is Dr. Natalie Warner my daughter a thirty-six year old presently recently working as the hospital administrator in Valdez, Alaska,She is arguably the best Dr. of Psychology in Alaska.

     I was very surprised when I met by Jake Holbrook retail salesman at the Verizon store on RiverdaleRd. Utah, although he isn’t licensed. I never have known of or seen a “psychologist” salesman as good, except as I said above my daughter Dr. Natalie Warner. I am 80 years old and I would know.

      Yesterday, I walked into the store and was greeted by Jake. He checked my account over carefully and noticed my over usage was costing me 168.00. He gave me a new plan for 90 dollars.He also discontinued the contract and now its ok to disconnect. He also activated my iPod and said to come back in a moth and he will look at it again. I’m no longer under contract so ok to disconnect, and he also activated my iPod, and said to come back in a  month and he’s look at it again. 

      He is tall, handsome, and intelligent, with empathy, lots of empathy. The first time I met him he

noticed I was off to the side at the front of the store not knowing quite what to do. He left his work

station came up to me and asked if he could help me. He then led me back to his work station. He askedme if I would like a chair to sit on. He then carefully went through my Verizon signed me up for a cheaper more simple plan walked me out to my Van and helped me get in. then he said if there is

anything else he could do for me anything at all anytime let him know, I truly mean it. He did truely mean it, I could tell.

     I drove all the way home wistfully lamenting my appreciation of someone being so nice to me.
