Standing before the Judge my Defense lawyer Charles,
spoke with his hand on my shoulder. He gave a beautiful summation speech to the
judge about how great my family and I were. He said in all his years he has
never had a case that has been his pleasure to play a small part in.
“You’re Honor. It’s my privilege to be in
your court room today.
I
have worked with Karl’s daughter a Sociologist with a graduate master’s degree
from Portland State and her husband who is here today and is helping in
supervising Karl’s recovery.
Karl’s son Brian I met. He has power of
attorney and came to Karl’s aid offering any assist, as well as did the other members
of the family. He said his local socialogic therapist who is community renown
played no small part in aid his quick recover and release.
I
am happy with Karl’s progress who is a retired Doctor of Dentistry who as you
know, your honor are the type of people that give help to the citizens. His son
Brian told me his insurance has settled with 5 of the 7 injures none of which
were serious, and the other two are expecting to be with whip lash. The insurance
has offered to pay all costs and damages."
