MY DAUGHTER

                                                           MY DAUGHTER

Today July 13, is the birthday of my daughter. She was born 1976 a centennial baby at Ogden Utah.  Presently she is a psychologist with a Doctor’s Degree from Oregon.
Natalie has taught me all I know about psychology and then some. She started working toward a marketing Degree when she was in Ogden High School, and at the same time attending Weber State. After two years, she received a BS degree in marketing, from Weber State.
Next she attended the University of Utah for undergraduate work in psychology. After two years at the University of Utah, she attended Pacific University in Portland, Oregon receiving a BS degree in psychology. While in school and after graduation she worked at Providence Hospital (I.S.P.) I84 NE Portland.
She worked for a large national organization, the Curry County Human Services Hospital, located in the Curry County Building in Gold Beach, Oregon.
I noticed how well Natalie was liked by her patients when she was attending the University of Utah. Part of the curriculum was to work in a day care center for young people with disabilities. When she would arrive at work the patients would be waiting outside the building to say good morning, Natalie. Most days that she was assigned to day care center, the patients got to go to an event. There were two mini-vans and she would be the driver of one of the vans. On one particular day I gave her a ride to the care center. The event was a to a hockey game at the Salt Palace. As usual, all the patients ran for the front van that she was driving filling it up with about sixteen people. The ones that didn’t make it in time to get to her bus had to get on the other bus behind.
Now happily married to Matt Warner and has a 4 year old son named Wyatt.
